Mountain View B&B Plus has two self-catering properties to offer you. Each is close to the Afan Forest Park, Margam Park, the beach, and all other Port Talbot locations. Both properties provide guests with bed linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen and accept dogs by arrangement only.

Our Garden House is in the garden of our B&B. Guests who chose to pay for the B&B option can have breakfast in the B&B. The self-catering option allows for preparing breakfast, along with other meals, in the Garden House's fully-fitted kitchen. All three of the bedrooms, one double, and two twins (one large enough to add a folding bed) are en-suite. They each have a TV with Freeview, DVD players, and DVDs available. We do have secure bike storage and bike washing facilities. The Garden House is a five minute walk to Port Talbot town centre. It sleeps 7 comfortably, if there are two people in the double bed.

The house has access to Free Wifi in the B&B.

Our Tariff for the Garden House is from £25 per person per night for those sharing a room,

and from £30 a night for a single person. Those rates include the B&B breakfast.

For groups of people choosing the self-catering option, we will be happy to negotiate a price.

The Beach House is located four blocks from Aberavon Beach in Port Talbot and is strictly self-catering. It, also, has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two twins. There is a couch in the living room, comfortable for sleeping on, and there is a folding bed available in the property. The house includes the three bedrooms, a full bathroom upstairs, a sitting room, a fully-fitted kitchen and a downstairs loo. All bedrooms have TVs, as does the sitting room, and there are DVD players and DVDs available, as well as Freeview. The Beach House also has a fenced yard which is suitable for dogs and young children. (Dogs are welcome by arrangement only.) Near the Beach House is a Morrison's supermarket, pubs, takeaway food, restaurants and, of course, the beach. The house is approximately 15 minutes drive to the Afan Forest Park, and is close to all Port Talbot locations. The Beach House sleeps 6, if there is only one person in each double bed, or 8, if the double beds are used by two people each. There is parking available for two vehicles in front of the house.

Our Tariff for the Beach House, given at least a two night stay, is £100 per night.
